What do we publish?
Scribe Digest features authors’ books, poems, short stories and artwork. We will consider a variety of literary books and art. Please email us at [email protected] if you have inquiries about a literary creative piece that you would like us to consider for publication.
How do I submit? And/or how do I format my submission?
Submit by sending an email to us with your submission(s) attached. Each submission should be a separate attachment with the title, the genre, and your last name in the file name. See Submission Guidelines.

Export Instruction for Print
1. In document setup, set bleeds settings to .125” on all sides, ensuring artwork extends to the bleed line.
2. All artwork (including placed images) should be CMYK
3. File > Export > PDF (Print) > High Quality PDF
Technical Specifications for Print
Although it is uncommon, up to.125″ inside the trim line may be lost during the binding process. Therefore, we advise that any bleeding edges have an additional safe zone: designs should keep all important text and pictures at least.125″ away from the edge.
• All files should be 300 DPI, PDF, and CMYK
• For full-bleed ads (1/2 and full pages): include .125” bleed.
• File naming convention: booktitle_author.pdf
• Please do not include rules/hairlines surrounding artwork
